Hunting the Dark

August 2, 2076. Sunday. Showers early in the day, overcast the rest. Waxing Crescent 7% illuminated.

The team looks for another monster.  News Report flash.  Through their contacts they find a very sketchy Johnson from a sketchy corporation who hires or sets them up to take out a Ghoul who has taken up residence in a factory and eaten a few workers there.  They go in and take out the Ghoul.  They go to a meet, and the Johnson that's supposed to pay them is dead as are her four bodyguards.  Two of the guards are dead to a means they can't determine.  But since they were chased by 2 SUV's to get to the meet out in Rural BFE, they don't investigate too much or get samples, and just burn it all minus a small amount of loot.

Aug 3, 2076.

The team finds another job, this time it's a job for good karma, doing a favor to a contact of Eva's without getting a favor token in return. A prostitute is taking Jons and killing them from multiple sides in a 4 or 5 sided war that is brewing in the Barrens between several of the gangs.  The prostitute is actually a Succubus, a Shadow Spirit, and no one knows where the actual prostitute (or high class call girl) is after they take out the succubus in a glorious daylight firefight in the barrens right outside the front door on the beer garden porch of Tokyo Rose.  But even though 3 of the team get compulsioned the remaining 2 take her out.  They make it away in time to avoid an entanglement with the guards.  But they hear back through their contacts that the guards and management ultimately end up with a good to neutral opinion of them because after all they did take out a succubus and it was for good karma.  The call girl was a 2000 ny per 4 hour night sort of a girl, tall, red head, enhanced features, named Crimson.
