Rough Rules stuff.

Stats

-Roll 3d6 for STR, CON, POW, DEX and APP. (Rolled in any order)

-Roll 2d6+6 for INT and SIZ. (rolled in any order)

-Roll 3d6+3 for EDU.

-SAN = POW x 5.

-Idea = INT x 5.

-Luck = POW x 5.

-Know = EDU x 5.

-Hit Points = (SIZ + CON)/2. Fractions round up.

-Magic Points = POW.

-Sanity Points = SAN.

-Damage Bonus: STR + SIZ, compare the results with the table bellow:

STR + SIZ Damage Bonus
2-12 -1d6
13-16 -1d4
17-24 0
25-32 +1d4
33-40 +1d6

Some considerations about the attributes:

9 is the average number for attributes, so below 9 consider your character below average people.

For example: STR 7 - your character is weaker than a normal person and will have difficulties to do some actions (as carrying weight, breaking things as trying to open a locked door, etc).

Same for CON, DEX, APP.

SIZ - I know Size in not only height but let's assume this relation:

SIZ Height (meters)
9 1,70 male; 1,60 female
10 1,75 male; 1,65 female
11 1,80 male; 1,70 female
12 1,85 male; 1,75 female
13 1,90 male; 1,80 female
14 1,95 male; 1,85 female
15 2,00 male; 1,90 female

POW:

INT:

EDU: There is something about for every 10 years you add to your age, you get another point of EDU... then once you get past 40, every 10 years (so 50, 60, 70+) you get a -1 to one of your physcial stats... but I don't have the rules in front of me.

Skills points

After choosing your character occupation selects the skills.

Skill points:

EDU x 20 skills of your chosen occupation.
INT x 10 skills of your choice.

To help you to know how many point to give to one skill, use the info bellow:

20-25%: Rookie, basic for skills that have to be learned. Basic level allows the character to operate machinery in a safety way, under normal circumstances, to speak a language enough to ask food, directions, or to be an apprentice.

50%: The minimum requirement to a professional to do and keep his/her work. Your character should have at least 50% in his/her main skill to be a doctor, a lawyer, a pilot, or to have a normal conversation in other language.

75%: This level means a great ability at the skill. As a professional, your character can be a supervisor or director, and will be able to translate books.

A lot of skills has (1%) as basic number. This means even if you don't have points in this skill you can try them. If you roll 1d100, and you get 1 you'll have a success. That's why the 1, to indicate you can have a sucess if you roll 1.

But unlike the others that have more than 1%, the basic number for those skills is 0 (zero), so when you'll add points, start from zero, not from 1. This also means you have to study to know about them and if you have a success, it's only luck (lucky guess).

Anthropology (01%):

Archaeology (01%):

Astronomy (01%):

Biology (01%):

Chemistry (01%):

Disguise (01%):

Geology (01%):
