Synopsis:

New York natives and small time bail bondsmen are told by their boss to cover a nonsensical high flight risk bond. Meanwhile, their neighborhood of Red Hook has several sightings of people claiming to be the absurd eighties costumed lunatic Foxbat and finally, word on the street is that the Italians and the Chinese are getting pushed out of the drug racket by a small local Red Hook street gang called the 520 Mob. But the 520 Mob is just a bunch of kids and is run by an eighteen year old with a lame ass street name of "The King". And who is the mysterious "Dred" who supplies the 520 Mob with all their drugs?
