Sings in Battlerage

A character in many Werewolf campaigns. Sings in Battle rage is an Elder* Fianna Ahroun who made it through many of Jon's gruelling Werewolf campaigns until finally earning rank 5, one of only three Garou to survive every one of the campaigns.

Sings is known for his optimistic view that straightforward brute force can solve every problem, his mostly cheerful personality, and his many stories and songs. He suvived a trip to Malfeus to retreive a lost pack member, went through Harano after the death of his close friend Cenika, and created the Gift, Hide of the Rhino.

*Note: after getting a rare pack of Garou under the protection of the Phoenix spirit killed in a futile attempt to defeat Baba Yaga in Russia, Phoenix punished Sings in Battlerage by demoting him to the rank of Athro. Though he kept all his Gifts, he is unable to learn new Gifts until he truly understands (and theoretically attones for) his arrogance in assuming he was capable of defeating such a powerful servant of the Wyrm. Sings has a hard time digesting this view, as it goes against his philosophy on life, and his very understanding of the Litany.

  A powerful Mage concerned with peace and nature, Cenika and Sings are near opposites in their approaches to problem solving. Over the many years of the Werewolf campaigns Sings gradually began to fall in love with Cenika. Tragically, she died before Sings could do more than flirt while in his cups, sacrificing herself that others might live. Her death drove Sings into Harano.

• Utuma Snoweyes

  A Sidhee warrior of the Fey, Utuma shared Sings' view that every foe is defeatable in combat, though he was not nearly so capable of following through. It was Utuma's stories of slaying dragons back in Arcadia that led sings to believe the elder dragons guarding Baba Yaga couldn't be so fierce -- after all, if that elf could slay them, no Garou would be slowed down in the slightest!
