Synopsis:

This game is related to The Island of Dr. Obey in the sense that it was an attempt on the part of Jon to come up with a game element so disturbing that it would affect even the jaded gamers who are used to bathing in the blood of their foes and confronting horrible, nameless evils on a weekly basis.

The game was set in a futuristic bladerunner-like world, in which abortion was outlawed. Thus there were illegial abortion clinics, or "Scrape Rooms." The game had two pregnant characters and was designed around the scene of forcing the other character into a situation in which they attempt to perform an amateur abortion, which fails horribly and kills both mother and child in a mess of blood and viscera.
