Take Your Time, Gentlemen
Frank comes from a family of military service. Frank, a soldier in the 14th Infantry Regiment served in the Eight Nation Alliance that entered the Chinese Boxer Rebellion. Distinguished twice for heroism Frank was wounded while saving the life of a Chinese doctor named Wan Lai Shen.
Frank's leg wound was grievous enough for an honorable medical discharge from active service (he still walks with a limp). Several years later, Wan Lai Shen came from China to act as Frank's bodyguard and compatriot.
Frank is highly active and well liked in the upper echelon of Manhattan's elite socialites, lawyers, politicians and Albion ambassadors.
He is a deeply moral, highly intelligent man who is a master of diplomacy, debate and social politics. Frank prefers to peacefully resolve disputes rather than fight, although as a known soldier (and swordsman) he's emerged victorious in several lawful duels, including (it's rumored) a duel with an Albion fencer!
