Bawn 

A large office complex made up of three buildings around a central fountain. Two of the buildings have long sides that face a man-made lake with two islands in it.  Off to the side of the large offices, there is a fenced in area that comprises the server farm. A  primordial forest abuts the offices and runs along and around the lake. This forest covers 80-90%  of the property. The uncovered property is farmed by our neighbor, Lou. Lastly, a fence surrounds the land with light security. There is a main gate and a side gate, both with guard stations.

 

Fun Facts:

Elkhorn NE is not Elkhorn IA

One acre is 44,000 square feet (roughly).

This is slightly less than one american football field in area.

Thus 150 acres is 0.234 square miles or about 6.5 million square feet.

(So Jeff was right, its about "the back 40".)
