Dead Alive
The GM: Jon
The Characters:
Game System: Call of Cthulhu
Game Type: One-Shot JonCon
Synopsis:
We all have blood. We are all afraid of something, somewhere, sometimes. I know something you are afraid of. To be cut. To be punctured. To be slashed. To be shot. To be broken, battered, mutilated, tortured. To die. To bleed. To bleed. To bleed. Blood. Disease. The disease of blood. THE disease of blood. I don't care who you are, or how many doctors you've seen. It's still there, a part of you, inside. Alive. When it's gone, you won't be scared any more.
Or will you?
(Jon): That's a weird description of the game. I wrote that for the JonCon booklet. The story was about cancer. Four of the players were all cancer patients at this experimental clinic in northern MA. One players was a nurse, and one player was the janitor. They were, of course, secluded from everyone (I think I even through in a snow storm to cut the power). I don't remember much of the plot. Something about the Great Race of Yith and middle eastern cultists. Who knows? It was a Cthulhu game set in a cancer ward. How messed up is that?
